Certificate and Certification Programs
Orion offers certificate and certification programs in Process Management, Project Management and Business Analysis.
Certificate programs are available both as university-sponsored public programs and as on-site classes for groups of six or more. They require a completion of a specified series of seminars.
Certification programs are offered at select universities and as an on-site service for groups of six or more. The Certificate programs deliver a wide range of skills to help you increase the effectiveness of your organization. Certification programs give you the opportunity to hone those skills and to validate them. Certification candidates benefit from:
- Pre-Series Test to establish a process knowledge baseline
- Post-Seminar tests to assess progress and identify knowledge gaps
- Post-Series project to apply and prove the range of skills acquired
All tests are delivered and automatically graded over the internet. Our instructors are available to help close knowledge gaps. The post-series project requires the participant to apply many of the tools taught in the series to analyze and resolve a business problem. Each project will be graded by a lead instructor. Candidates who receive a passing grade for the project solution will have demonstrated mastery over an important set of skills and receive certification from the sponsoring university.
