To earn the Certificate in Business Process Management you must complete two Core courses and three elective courses:

Core Courses

Process Mapping and Analysis: How to Streamline and Reengineer Business Processes
Measuring and Improving Processes: Moving Toward Six Sigma Performance

Elective Courses (select three of the following elective courses)

Business Process Management and the Balanced Scorecard: How to Deploy Processes and Innovation as Strategic Weapons
Process Value Analysis: A Strategic Approach to Cost Reduction and Process Improvement
Process Innovation: How to Create and Deploy Breakthrough Ideas

All courses are two-days in length.
