Process Management Excellence Certificate Program
To earn the Certificate in Process Management Excellence you must complete two Core courses and three webinars:
Core Courses
- Process Mapping and Analysis: How to Streamline and Reengineer Business Processes
- Measuring and Improving Processes: Moving Toward Six Sigma Performance
Webinars
- Identifying & Prioritizing Customer Needs
- Eliminating Non-Value-Added Activities
- Understanding & Managing Process Costs
All courses are two days in length and Webinars are 1 to 2 hours in length including exercises.
Rutgers offers an option Process Management Excellence Certification. To earn certification, you must complete the Process Management Excellence Series and solve a comprehensive case study.
